Who is reading this and why it matters
The reader who searches "10 kW solar inverter price in Lahore" usually already has panels, or has bought panels separately, or is upgrading from an older inverter to a newer hybrid unit. This article is for that buyer. Panel pricing is covered separately (Tier-1 N-type bifacial Longi, Jinko, Canadian sit at PKR 41 to 43 per watt in May 2026). The focus here is the inverter alone.
A 10 kW inverter is the standard size for a 10-marla to 1-kanal home in Lahore that runs three to four ACs in summer. It is also the upper end of single-phase inverters; above 10 kW most options shift to three-phase. The inverter at this size is the single most expensive component in a typical residential solar build after the panels themselves.
Picking the wrong inverter at 10 kW costs the buyer more in the long run than buying B-grade panels. A bad inverter trips during summer load, throttles in heat, kills batteries through poor charging algorithms, and runs through 5 years of life when it should have lasted 12 to 15. Picking carefully matters.
The 2026 brand-by-brand price list
All prices below are May 2026 retail at Lahore distributors before installation. Bundled installer pricing typically runs PKR 15,000 to PKR 30,000 lower. Hall Road cash prices often have no warranty support attached.
| Brand and model | Phase / type | Output | Price (PKR) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solis S6-GR1P10K (on-grid) | Single-phase on-grid | 10 kW | 320,000 to 360,000 |
| Solis S5-EH1P10K-L (hybrid) | Single-phase hybrid | 10 kW | 385,000 to 430,000 |
| Growatt MIN 10000TL-X (on-grid) | Single-phase on-grid | 10 kW | 340,000 to 380,000 |
| Growatt SPH 10000TL-HU (hybrid) | Single-phase hybrid | 10 kW | 405,000 to 450,000 |
| Growatt MAX 10KTL3-X (three-phase on-grid) | Three-phase on-grid | 10 kW | 375,000 to 415,000 |
| Inverex Aerox-III 10 kVA hybrid | Single-phase hybrid | 10 kVA / 10 kW | 430,000 to 480,000 |
| Sungrow SG10RT (three-phase on-grid) | Three-phase on-grid | 10 kW | 365,000 to 410,000 |
| Sungrow SH10RT (three-phase hybrid) | Three-phase hybrid | 10 kW | 465,000 to 520,000 |
| Deye SUN-10K-SG04LP3 (hybrid) | Three-phase hybrid | 10 kW | 440,000 to 490,000 |
| Huawei SUN2000-10KTL-M1 | Three-phase on-grid | 10 kW | 490,000 to 550,000 |
| Huawei SUN2000-10KTL-M2 (hybrid via LUNA) | Three-phase hybrid | 10 kW | 540,000 to 610,000 |
The spread at 10 kW is wide because the category covers everything from a basic single-phase on-grid to a premium three-phase hybrid. The cheapest entries (Solis on-grid at PKR 320,000) handle pure daytime grid-tied solar without battery. The premium entries (Huawei hybrid at PKR 580,000 plus) add three-phase, battery support, and best-in-class monitoring.
On-grid vs hybrid: the real decision
This is the question every buyer asks at 10 kW. The honest framing in 2026 conditions:
Pick on-grid (no battery support) if: the home is in a LESCO area with clean supply (DHA, Bahria, Cantonment, Lake City), the buyer is not worried about overnight backup, and the goal is purely to slash daytime bills through net metering. The PKR 65,000 to PKR 100,000 saved over a hybrid is real money. Sungrow SG10RT or Solis S6-GR1P10K is the practical pick.
Pick hybrid (battery-ready) if: the home is in an area with summer load-shedding still active (Walton, Shahdara, Mughalpura, older Township blocks, parts of Misri Shah), the buyer plans to add a battery either now or within 1 to 2 years, or the household wants overnight AC backup without paying LESCO peak rates. Solis hybrid, Growatt SPH, Deye, or Inverex are the picks.
The mistake to avoid is buying a hybrid inverter and then never installing a battery. The hybrid premium then sits unused. If there is no battery plan, the on-grid is the smarter buy and the saved money should go into more panels or a better structure.

A 10-marla home in DHA Phase 5 through 8, Bahria Town Lahore, Lake City, or Cantonment is typically on a three-phase LESCO meter because the sanctioned load is above 7 kW. The inverter should match. A single-phase 10 kW inverter on a three-phase meter loads only one of the three phases at the meter, and LESCO bills per phase. Self-consumption on one phase plus export does not net against import on the other two. The bill ends up higher than expected.
For older 5-marla and 10-marla homes in Allama Iqbal Town, Garden Town, Township, and parts of Johar Town, the connection is often still single-phase. A single-phase 10 kW inverter is fine, and the maximum residential load on a single-phase LESCO connection is 15 kW so there is headroom.
Three-phase 10 kW inverters in 2026 cost roughly the same as their single-phase counterparts (within PKR 30,000 to PKR 50,000). There is no real cost reason to fight the meter type.
Service network reality in Lahore
The on-paper specs of a 10 kW inverter look similar across brands. The real differentiator is what happens when something fails. Honest assessment as of May 2026:
Inverex
Best service network in Pakistan. Main office on Mall Road, multiple sub-dealers across Lahore. Warranty claims typically resolved within 7 to 10 days. The premium of PKR 50,000 to PKR 80,000 over Solis is essentially insurance against downtime.
Solis
Service is through authorised dealers, not factory direct. Quality varies by dealer. For DHA, Bahria, Johar Town, service is fast. For Shahdara, Misri Shah, or rural Lahore, expect 2 to 3 weeks for warranty work. The product itself is well-engineered.
Growatt
Decent service, large parts inventory at Pakistani importers. Warranty claims take 10 to 14 days. The product is solid for the price.
Sungrow
Limited but growing service in Pakistan. Best engineering at the price, but warranty claims can be slow (2 to 4 weeks) because authorised service centres are limited.
Deye
Newer brand in Pakistan, service network is building. Importers offer warranty support but factory-direct is via China. For brand-new builds in DHA or Bahria, this is fine. For long-term operation, the network may improve fast.
Huawei
Premium engineering, premium price, but service in Pakistan is centralised in Karachi. Warranty claims from Lahore often involve shipping the unit to Karachi for repair, which means 3 to 6 weeks of downtime. For a buyer who values the product over uptime guarantee, Huawei is the engineering choice. For a buyer who cannot afford to be without solar for 4 weeks during summer, Inverex or Solis is the safer pick.
Panel pairing at 10 kW
The 10 kW inverter accepts 11.5 to 13 kW of DC panels depending on model. Solis and Sungrow allow the most oversizing (up to 13 kW). Growatt and Deye sit around 12 to 12.5 kW. Huawei is most conservative at 11.5 kW.
The realistic panel pairing is 21 to 22 panels of 580W (12.2 to 12.8 kW DC). Over-sizing the panel array beyond inverter rating is intentional and accepted under LESCO net-metering rules. It pushes the inverter to full output across more hours and partially compensates for dust, heat derate, and winter low light.
What to actually buy
For a single-phase 10-marla home in Allama Iqbal Town, Township, or Garden Town with no battery plans, pick a Solis S6-GR1P10K on-grid at PKR 335,000. Pair with 21 panels of 580W.
For a three-phase home in DHA Phase 6, 7, 8 or Bahria with no battery plans, pick a Sungrow SG10RT at PKR 385,000. Best monitoring at the price.
For a hybrid build with battery plans on a single-phase meter, pick Solis S5-EH1P10K-L at PKR 405,000.
For a hybrid build with battery plans on a three-phase meter, pick a Deye SUN-10K-SG04LP3 at PKR 460,000 (best battery flexibility) or Sungrow SH10RT at PKR 490,000 (best app and monitoring).
For a buyer who walks into Inverex's office on Mall Road and values walk-in service over everything else, Inverex Aerox-III 10 kVA at PKR 455,000 is the safe pick.
Skip Huawei at 10 kW unless the budget is unconstrained and the buyer is committed to Huawei LUNA batteries. The service location penalty is real.
