- To send you the quotation, schedule a site visit, and complete installation work you have asked for.
- To answer questions sent through WhatsApp or the contact form.

- We do not store credit card or bank account information on this site. Any payment is made directly to the bank account printed on the formal quotation.

Who has access
Only Solar Installation Lahore staff who handle quotations and installations can see customer data. The data is stored in messaging apps, the customer's own quotation file, and standard accounting records. Site analytics are visible to the website owner through Google Analytics.
Data retention
Lead messages and quotation files are kept for as long as the system is under warranty (up to seven years for full installations) so we can support you. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months by default.
Your rights

Children
This service is for adults arranging solar work for a household or business. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
